Project Manager/Estimator – Full-time Hybrid Position

This is a full-time, hybrid in office/on-site role for a Project Manager/Estimator located in Denver, CO to include occasional job site visits throughout the Denver metro, Ft Collins, and Colorado Springs areas. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating logistics, ensuring quality standards through inspections, and expediting project deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-bid analysis of potential bids
Create and coordinate requests for information (RFI)
Labor and material estimating of wood framing, metal framing and exterior trim/siding scopes
Creation of project budgets
Review of specs and shop drawings related to framing scopes prior to job start for accuracy
Review of material takeoffs for accuracy, create job site packs
Creation of shop drawings for wood framing
Redline plans for field construction crews
Printing plans for field construction crews
Create work orders, purchase orders and manage job documents in a company app
Monitor construction schedules
Provide field support to superintendents/crews as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in wood framing, metal framing and siding scopes
Strong computer skills - Windows computer, Apple Ipad, Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, estimating software etc.
Strong skills in Project Management and Logistics Management
Proficiency in conducting inspections to maintain quality standards
Material estimating experience using computer software
Ability to work in office located in Denver, CO, ability to conduct occasional site visits
