Preconstruction

Pre-award/Estimating - A foundation for your trust and confidence

  • In house Estimating - Mach Framing performs material and labor estimates through our experienced in house estimators in order to provide you with piece of mind that your project will have the best chance to come in within budget and on schedule with no surprises.
  • Pre-award plan review - Our estimating and preconstruction team reviews the project plans for any potential issues that may come up in the future, or missing and conflicted information. We will issue accurate RFI's to combat any problems from the start.
  • Collab/discussion - Our in house estimators/project management are made available to you for precon discussions to make sure all scope items have been accounted for and our construction teams are on the same page to guarantee a successful project execution.

Post award - Building your trust

  • Research - Construction team begins diving in to your project plans in depth for any further items needing clarification.
  • Creation - Construction team and vendors collaborate to get shop drawings, layouts, and submittal packages completed on time.
  • Review - Construction teams perform an in depth review of material and labor estimates, shop drawings and layouts for accuracy prior to on site construction.
  • Plan - Preconstruction and on site construction team collaborate to create an executable plan to get your project done on schedule with as minimal delays and interruptions as possible.
  • Safety - A site specific safety plan is creating specifically for your project to ensure compliance every step of the way.
